City of Ottawa grant deadline is fast approaching and we need your help to apply! If you live in a single-family owner occupied home within the boundaries of this map
The City of Ottawa is again applying for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to assist qualified homeowners who lack the financial resources to address improvements to their home and neighborhood. Improvements could cover structural, electrical, plumbing, accessibility accommodations, and more.
We need your help to apply. If you live in a single-family owner-occupied home within the designated project area, see this map (Map) and meet the income guidelines below we need you to fill out a survey. Surveys may be picked up at City Hall or North Central Illinois Council of Governments, 613 West Marquette Street, Ottawa, IL. Information on these surveys will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579).
