CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION

All contractors must register annually to work in the City of Ottawa. The completed application and all required documentation may be mailed or submitted in person to the City of Ottawa, 301 West Madison Street, Ottawa, Illinois 61350, ATTN: Contractor Registration.
