- Christmas Tree Disposal - Christmas Tree Disposal Commissioner Marla Rodriguez has announced that the City of Ottawa will collect Christmas trees again this year at the Riordan Pool parking lot through January 30, 2021. Residents are advised to drop off trees at the designated location near the northeast corner of the parking lot.

- Selecting A Contractor - Selecting A Contractor The City of Ottawa requires any contractor doing work within the City to be registered and licensed. The Community Development Department maintains a current register of licensed contractors. If you have been satisfied with work done by licensed local contractors, try them first. If they cannot help you, ask them for recommendations.
